Step into an evening of vibrational healing at The Healing Hub.

Every first and third Thursday of the month at 7 PM (check our full calendar on EventBrite), Michal Mael The Queen of Rocks will guide you through a deeply restorative sound immersion using crystal bowls, gongs and many other instruments. Sound healing works with frequency and resonance to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.

Whether you are new to sound baths or already familiar with the practice, this experience is designed to help you:
• Reduce stress and mental noise
• Support emotional clarity
• Improve relaxation and sleep
• Reconnect with your inner balance

Please bring:
• A yoga mat and water
• Optional blanket or pillow for comfort

Set in a serene poolside environment, this immersive event invites you to fully relax while floating gently on the water and receiving the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments. Surrounded by calming frequencies, you will have space to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
