Step into a deeply restorative sound immersion at The Healing Hub, featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, metal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
Our Sound Bath Experiences are thoughtfully facilitated to create a calming and supportive environment for deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.

### Schedule

Thursday sessions: 7:00 PM
Saturday sessions: 5:30 PM
During August and September, Saturday sessions will be offered on select dates. Beginning in October, our goal is to offer the Sound Bath Experience every Thursday and every Saturday.
Please confirm the date and start time shown on your selected ticket before completing your reservation.
Whether you are new to sound baths or already familiar with the practice, this experience is designed to help you:

• Reduce stress and mental noise
• Support emotional clarity
• Encourage deep relaxation and better sleep
• Reconnect with your inner balance
• Create intentional space to pause, release, and reset

### Please Bring

• A yoga mat and water
• An optional blanket, pillow, or bolster for additional comfort

Doors open one hour before each session:

• Thursday doors open at 6:00 PM
• Saturday doors open at 4:30 PM

Arrive early to enjoy a complimentary cup of tea, settle into the space, connect with our community, and explore The Healing Hub before the sound bath begins.
Guests are welcome to discover our Crystal Gallery and explore our collection of crystals, jewelry, Egyptian perfumes, spices, vitamins, wellness products, structured water, Energy Enhancement System Room experiences, and other offerings available throughout the space.

### Accessibility & Comfort

You do not need to lie on the floor to participate.
Reclining chairs are available for guests who have difficulty getting down to or up from the floor, or who may need additional physical support. Please contact us in advance so our team can reserve a recliner and prepare the space to help you feel as comfortable as possible.
