👋 Hello and welcome to our group. We are happy that your are here. Please bare with us as this group is new. Please feel free to invite anyone along.
We are a social community of Horror💀Sci-Fi 🪐 and meet-up group that enjoy new and classic cult films, socials and events. 🙌 We organise activities, meet-ups and events in cinemas, venues, homes, pubs, your local Pet Sematary and weird places around London, especially coinciding with Halloween, Comic-Con and mainstream and international film festivals.
Some of our meet-ups and events will have a fee to help pay for the membership, to raise funds for specific charities, raise funds for upcoming personalised events, screenings projector events or raffles.
We welcome your suggestions for future activities and please share our group with other like minded people so we can grow and be more awesome.

🔪🩸ROCKABILLY RUSS THORN IS DRIVING ME CRAZY
I seem to remember this thought as a young lad (only 12) and I remembered quite enjoying it despite the quirks that others talked about as adults. Yes my parents where cool with me watching horror films and it could explain a lot if I’m not in your good books lol.
Despite largely negative reception, the film has attracted a unique cult following among fans of the slasher genre & this series. The rockabilly killer is probably the most entertaining slasher ever to grace the screen and it’s a shame they haven’t done any spin off films with this dude or a dedicated series. Rockabilly is the main antagonist here and the reincarnation of Russ Thorn from the original. This is interesting as it takes a kind of Dr Who or DC spin and what we currently seeing in the latest Chucky Series; where personalities go all over the place as if your were loosing your mind. Speaking of which this entry has a lot hallucinatory sequences from an already traumatised girl which gets lost in supernatural elements similar to A Nightmare on Elm Street.
I haven’t seen this film since I was a kid so it would be interesting to revisit this with fresh eyes & see if I feel the same way.
