This is not formal therapy.
This is humans showing up for humans.

Bring whatever you’re working on—knitting, crochet, coloring, puzzles, journaling, sewing, cross-stitch, or a project you’re stuck on. Or don’t bring anything at all. You’re welcome either way.

Some people come to chat.
Some people come to ask questions.
Some people keep their camera off.
Some people just like hearing friendly voices while they work.

All of it is okay here.

• A place to talk, joke, share, ask questions, or simply be present
• A supportive circle for those who can’t easily socialize in person
