What we’re about

***We will meet online for Book reading & discussions on google meets every 2nd Tuesday & 4th Tuesday at 12pm.

Hello Inner Healing Circle Friends! This group is a supportive, peer-based space for individuals who want to explore inner child themes through guided book reading, reflection, and shared learning. I am the facilitator of the group, and while I guide the sessions and structure the discussions, I am not a therapist, counselor, or mental health professional.
We will be reading the book The Inner Child Workbook by Cathryn L. Taylor together and moving through its exercises, journal prompts, and reflections as a group. To get the most out of the experience, all participants are encouraged to purchase their own copy of the book so they can actively follow along, complete the exercises, and reflect between sessions.

This is a support group, not a therapy group. There is no diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance offered. Sharing is always optional, and participants are welcome to engage at a level that feels comfortable.

The intention of this group is to create a respectful, non-judgmental environment where members can learn, reflect, and support one another while building self-awareness and compassion.

Keep in mind that we will not read a lot of the book together during group sessions we will mostly read 1-2 sections (paragraphs) and highlights. However I encourage you to read on your own. Also I will modify the exercises and journal writings we do during our sessions for time sake.
