We are meeting on:
January 13, 2026 at 12pm!

Hello Inner Child Healing Circle Friends! This is a supportive, gentle book reading group focused on healing the inner child through reflection, journaling, and shared insight.

We are starting at Chapter 1 of the book The Inner Child Workbook by Cathryn L. Taylor Please purchase the book and read as much of Chapter 1 as you can before our meeting. We will focus on Your Adult Self. We will read highlights, reflect, share, and practice the exercises in a safe and supportive group.

This group is not therapy, but it is a warm, compassionate space for personal growth, emotional healing, and connection. Also please give me grace, this is my first time facilitating a group like this and my first time reading the book, I don't have all the answers, I'm on this journey with you.
