We will pick an investment and deep dive:
Analyze real companies like a professional investor. Build the model yourself.
Most investing groups talk about the market. We take one real company per session and underwrite it the way a buyout investor would: What does this business actually do? Where does the cash come from? What would have to be true for this to be a great investment — or a terrible one?
Every session we will build a model, a one-page investment memo, and a sharper way of thinking about any business you encounter — whether you're managing your own money, interviewing for finance roles, or just curious how professionals think.

How it works

• 90 minutes. Laptop recommended, not required
• Hosted by a VP in private equity with ~10 years across investment banking and buyouts
  No stock tips, no sales pitches, no crypto. This is a skills club.
