Community Hangout with Portray & be portrayed in Tiergarten!

As we prepare to launch The ISO Club platform next month, we’re excited to kick off the reactivation of our community with the "Community Hangout + Portray and be portrayed" event!

Event details
An extended version of our "Portrait & Be Portrayed" (P&P) format—after the photography session, we’ll reconvene at the charming Café am Neuen See at 3:00 PM to share results, chat about photography, life, and more!
The social hangout is open to all, but if enough folks arrive at 1:00 PM not interested in P&P, we’ll simply enjoy a casual hangout together!

About "Portray & be portrayed"
Need fresh portraits for dating apps, your business profile, or personal projects? If yes, join "Portray and Be Portrayed!"

During this event, you'll experience both sides of the lens: photographer and model.
➔ Please only join if you're comfortable being photographed by other participants!

• We will rotate roles so there is only one active model at a time.
• You'll work in small groups of 3–5 people, each guided by an experienced portrait photographer from The ISO Club.
• This format is inspired by our successful TFP (Time for Print) sessions.

📅 Itinerary
1:00 PM: Meet by one of the tables at Café am Neuen See (look for our big white “The ISO Club” flag to find us).

1:15 PM: We’ll assign groups for P&P, and the photography session will kick off. As a group, you’ll have full autonomy to coordinate. If you arrive after 1:15 PM, it’s your responsibility to join an existing group—we won’t wait.

3:00 PM+: Reconvene at Café am Neuen See to discuss the day’s photos, share photography tips, and chat casually in smaller groups.

🌟 Social event requirements

• None! All are welcome—whether you’re joining just for the hangout or the full P&P experience.

📸 Photography session requirements

• Bring a dedicated camera (mobile phones won’t suffice).
• Have at least a basic understanding of portrait photography.
• Share your photos with others upon request—we’d love to feature your shots in our Discord! Check below for sharing guidelines.

⚠️ Obligations for "Portray & be portrayed" participants

• Be available to collaborate with fellow participants after the event.
• Share your photos with others if requested.
• We recommend using PicFlow to finalize photos that work for both parties. 😊

Sharing Guidelines:

• You’re welcome to post event photos in our dedicated #portrait-photography Discord channel without permission (unless a community member asks to hide specific photos).
• For public social media (e.g., Instagram), you must get mutual permission from either the photographer or the model before posting.
