Providence Occult Meet n' Greet ("Musical trends & Esoteric practices")

A Rhode Island event for socializing, with a small talk topic of "where musical trends intersect w/ritual & devotional practices". ALL are warmly welcome to meet & chat, sharing our enthusiasm for both Occultism & Music (look for the table with a red rose & red book).

(Some areas worth exploring might include: Do different scenes' content, attitude, and style contribute to an enthusiasm for ritual? Does certain musical content blur the lines between existential angst & religious symbolism... or is occultism merely a marketing tool? What role does boundary-crossing & transgression play in modern musical scenes? What makes some music a religious expression, or simply a meditative technique, rather than an artistic expression of musical performance?)

Bring some money for food n' drink (food & drink are NOT free, but the socializing IS!), ...and all are welcome to Join Keith for a $10 event at the Columbus Theatre, just two blocks away on Broadway, at 8pm (see below).

THEN... at 8pm, all are welcome to join Keith in walking two blocks to attend an author reading and live music with a ticket price at the door of $10 at the Columbus Theatre.
