a guided 5Rhythms-inspired journey that invites you to drop deeply into your body, release stored emotion, and move through the five elemental rhythms that mirror the cycles of life:

🌊 Flowing – Root into the Earth, awaken your body’s intuitive language
🔥 Staccato – Engage your power and create intentional expression
🌪️ Chaos – Shake loose the mind, surrender to release
💨 Lyrical – Move with grace and freedom, reconnect with joy
🌑 Stillness – Melt into presence, where silence becomes sound

Under blacklight and ambient glow, you’ll adorn your skin with glow-in-the-dark body paint, transforming yourself into a living canvas of intention and illumination. Each brushstroke becomes an act of devotion, each movement a personal ceremony.
After the movement ritual, we transition seamlessly into a deep sound bath, allowing your frequency to settle, integrate, and anchor into vibrational harmony. Crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and atmospheric tones will guide your nervous system into a state of blissful restoration.

No choreography.
No mirrors. No pressure.

### 🔆 What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing you can move freely in — think flowy, breathable, or stretchy. Dark or white/light clothing works beautifully under blacklight.
• A water bottle to stay hydrated as you move and ground.
• An open heart and willingness to release — this is a space of expression and energetic renewal.
• Optional: A sarong, scarf, or adornment if you’d like to incorporate movement with fabric.
• Your favorite crystal or energy tool to charge during the sound bath.
• A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort during the closing sound bath.
