Hey guys,

Who's up to celebrating the beginning of Spring by having a relaxed, meditative, but still chatty stroll through Epping Forest? Some of my best friendships came into existence by spending a day out in nature, and March 1 just sounds like an ideal date to do so.

The plan is to walk through the forest and end up in Woodford, where we would go to a pub to celebrate us not getting lost and starving. If, however, we should feel that 5.5 miles (according to Google) may be a bit much, we can always cut our way and choose to finish our walk at Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, or Roding Valley.

Please do take some sandwiches or fruit (or anything else) with you, as I don't want to be responsible for your hungry death (also, we would need to drag your corpse to the nearest station). Thanks!
