## Frequently asked questions

How difficult is this hike?
This is not an easy hike and there is no certainty with the weather or conditions. This is a grade 1 scramble meaning it will require a comfortable level of height exposure, and the ability to use both hands and feet at the same time to climb a portion of the mountain. There is an easy path as well.

Why are you doing this hike?
I challenged myself to Tryfan back at the end of March and accomplished it. It wasn't simple and now the next challenge is Crib Goch. I am certain that with the right group of hikers and climbers we can do this. It's not just about getting to the top but the journey along the way.

What do I need to bring?
Sturdy hiking boots; Weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended); Waterproofs (jacket and trousers); Backpack; Water (2-3 litres); Lunch and snacks; First aid kit and personal medication (if applicable); Headlamp or flashlight (just in case!); Hat and gloves; Hiking poles (optional)

When and Where do we meet?
12pm: Meet at Miner's Track - Start point (Postcode: LL55 4NU).

Where will be end up?
Once Crib Goch is reached we will return via the simpler Pyg Track. We will aim to finish by 6-7pm with the opportunity for an evening meal at a local village pub/takeaway. For those staying over we will return to the hostel after the meal.

How are some of us getting here?
Some of us will travel by car from London. If you'd like to ask any further questions or find out details drop me a message. My number is 07837 037380.

Join us for an epic hike and scramble up Crib Goch in Snowdonia’s stunning North West Wales! This is not for people with a fear of heights but is quite manageable in terms of basic climbing, stability and hiking.
