HIKE 'N BRUNCH

Details
I can't believe I'm doing it ๐
Whenever I do it, I always regret it.
But life is weird like that. Sometimes you do things you regret because, well, they feel so friggin' good at the time... and it's only afterwards you say to yourself "Now, why the hell did I do that?!" completely forgetting how good it felt the whole time you were doing it!
Well, this is gonna be one of those times.
Mexican food. ๐ฎ ๐ถ ๐ฅ
That's right, I said it: Mexican Food - burritos, tacos, fajitas, chips 'n salsa, you name it, we're eating it! Like I always say "For me, eating Mexican food is like having a one-night stand - I enjoy it while it's happening but I always regret it later"
"But Hot Stuff, isn't this a hike? Why are you talking about food?"
It's a Hike 'n Brunch, baby! ๐
Now let's get to the hike:
It's bitchen. It's got tons of visual interest. It's got plenty of shade. It's for all levels. It's even got a Mexican name: Las Yahas Canyon!
No, no, no... Las Llajas Canyon.
We'll be doing about 6.5 miles, round trip, out 'n back. I know, I know, it sounds like a lot... but you won't feel a thing because it's on a wide fire road with gently rolling terrain and no steep sections. Okay, you might feel "a thing" afterwards but it won't be a "major thing".
You can bring the doggos ๐ฆฎ*woof* but not to the restaurant afterwards so you'll have to decide on one or the other. Also, you must pick up their ๐ฉ and they must remain leashed.
The after-hike brunch will be at El Patio Restaurant (not at their other location, El Patio Cantina) located at 4351 Township Ave. Simi Valley, 93063 https://www.elpatiosimi.com/
Soooooo... YOU IN?!!
