Don't fret my lil' soldiers, you'll be in good hands... er, hiking shoes. So what if you cry a lil' 'cause there's no Hot Stuff, at the end, you'll say it was all worth it 'cause hell, that Lili Von Shtupp turned out to be sumpin' else! 😉

We're doing the three F's for this one: Fryman, Franklin, and Ffff... Ffff...
Ffff... well I'll be damned, do you know that for the life of me I can't think of another word that begins with the letter F?! 😇

Wait, here it comes... FUN! Yeah, that's it, it'll be Fucking Fun!! 😁

Fryman and Franklin canyons boast lots of cool shade, baby. We're heading toward a cool down in temps, too, something I've been waiting for YAY! 🤩

There's tons of visual interest on this hike: majestic oak and pine trees🌲 a turtle 🐢 and duck 🦆 pond, and the prettiest lil' lake you've ever seen.

We'll do about 6 or so miles with an elevation gain of "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!" There'll be some moderate climbing on this one with a very short section that'll get your heart 🫀 pumping, and if that hill doesn't, Lili sure will 😍

You know I love those darn doggos but it's just way too hot for them at that time in the morning, so leave 'em at home for this one. Don't worry, doggos, autumn is just around the corner. 🍁 🍂

DETAILS
🩸 We leave on time. I suggest you arrive early to give yourselves plenty of time to park, check in with me, and be ready to hike.
🩸 Plenty of street parking. This is a residential neighborhood so let's drive/park with caution and be aware of any excessive noise levels.

DIRECTIONS
From Studio City heading south on Laurel Cyn Blvd, cross Ventura Blvd. and a few streets up, turn right onto Laurel Terrace Dr. Continue on Laurel Terrace for about half a mile where it intersects with Viewcrest Dr. on your left at the stop sign. We'll meet on the corner of Viewcrest Dr. and Laurel Terrace. Look for me holding the clipboard.
