LIBERTY CANYON & MALIBU CREEK 🌞

Okay Soldiers,

If you've never hiked along Malibu creek then...

...what the hell is wrong with you, have you been living in a remote cave somewhere in another friggin' country?!!

ahem, sorry.

It's just that since you're a hiker (allegedly) you should've conquered this easy, but spectacular, trail at some point. Conquer isn't the right word, I mean, I already mentioned it's easy... like your mama.

So you should've done it already!!

Did you know the word creek comes from the old Norse "kriki" meaning narrow passage? I always attributed it to the phrase "up shit's creek without a paddle" in which I found myself many times. 🏞

Let's bust it out, shall we? 😁

We'll start at Liberty canyon, which is also spectacular, make our way over to Malibu Up Shit's Creek Without a Paddle, and end up at the picturesque Century Lake (Goddamn, this sounds friggin' amazing) then we'll turn around and head back to our cars, completing an out 'n back hike of about 5.5 miles.

But don't hold me to that. In fact, don't hold me to anything, you'll get disappointed.

Even though I just mentioned it's an out 'n back, I'm sure I'll get asked by several of you if it's a loop or out 'n back.

What's wrong with you, don't you people friggin' read anymore?!!

Since part of the hike is in state park, the doggos 🐶 can't come. Next time, doggos! woof

DIRECTIONS:
Heading west on the 101 freeway in Agoura, exit Liberty Canyon and turn left, going under the freeway. Drive to the end of the street, about 3/4 of a mile. Easy easy lemon 🍋 squeezy.
