This month's guest speaker will be Winston Wood, Acquisitions Analyst at Advenir, Inc, one of the top Miami-based multifamily investment companies.

Winston has underwritten $1.25 Billion of institutional grade multifamily acquisitions - 30 properties totaling over 9,000 units in Florida, Texas, Colorado, Alabama & Louisiana. The majority of it acquired via the syndication model. He works directly with the Investment Committee, President of Construction, and CEO of Property Management to determine the optimal methods needed to increase returns to the investors involved in each of the syndicated deals.

Just like last month, we'll be meeting at the amazing spaces of WeWork Security Building (Downtown Miami) on Tuesday, June 5th at 6 PM.
