What we’re about

Welcome to The National Single Parent Resource Center — a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and supporting single parents through connection, community, and compassion.

This group began as Divorced Parents Walking Together — a small, heartfelt effort by a few of us to gather, walk, and share the ups and downs of parenting, healing, and moving forward after divorce. What started as casual park meetups with real conversations has grown into something more.

We’re now transitioning into a broader mission with the support of the nationally recognized nonprofit The National Single Parent Resource Center, founded by Coach Judy Romanoff — a longtime advocate and life coach for divorced individuals and single parent families.

Our goal is to build a real, lasting community — one where single moms and dads can connect, support each other, and grow. From walks in the park to future workshops, resource sharing, and supportive events, this group is here for you.

Whether you bring your kids or just need a moment for yourself, you’re welcome here.

Let’s walk, talk, and grow a strong, supportive community — together. 💛
