To answer these questions, we will have a look at our daily routines. Can teeth brushing be automated? Can you automate putting on makeup? Not likely. To be concrete: there's about a 1% chance that, e.g., being a makeup artist will be automated, supposedly. But can you digitalize the job of a makeup artist? Well, influencers do it already. To be honest - I think a lot of us do it regularly - "Oh, we have a meeting now? Let's touch up my appearance on zoom!" On the other hand, there's an 85% chance that a salesperson's work will be automated sooner or later. I am looking forward to talking to you about different aspects of digitalization and the opportunity of automation to support it.
