REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The estimated total cost of the trip is £750 per person. A £400 upfront payment is required to cover fixed costs and advance commitments, such as accommodation, transport and group bookings.
As these costs may be committed or non-recoverable once bookings are confirmed, cancellations may result in some or all of this payment being withheld to cover costs that cannot be recovered. Any refund will depend on the costs already incurred, amounts recoverable from suppliers and whether a replacement participant can be found.
If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to arrange a suitable replacement, subject to approval and any supplier requirements. Once the replacement has been confirmed and any necessary transfer completed, we’ll review any recoverable costs and refund any amount due.
Please make sure you understand these terms before paying your deposit. We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.
Places will be limited so we can keep the group small, relaxed and personal.
