Subject: [theology-1] REMINDER: SMU Debate TONIGHT on New Testament Textual Reliability: Dan Wallace vs. Bart Ehrman
Date: Sat, 1 Oct[masked]:11:23 -0400

Hello Theologians...
Just a quick reminder about the debate tonight at SMU.
http://www.friendsofcsntm.com/smudebate/
We are meeting at our regular IHOP (details below) at 6pm for those who want to carpool to the debate together (so far there are 8 of us).
The debate itself is on the reliability of the New Testament manuscripts.  The two debating are Daniel Wallace (arguing in favor of the textual reliability) and Bart Ehrman (arguing against the textual reliability).
The debate will be held at SMU McFarlin Auditorium at 7pm (details below) and costs $20 (tickets are available at the door for those who have not purchased them yet).  Parking is $10.
We plan to go eat somewhere after the debate (and may be joined by a few others).  We're not sure where we're going to eat but if you want to join us call or text me about 9pm or so at (817)[masked].
Thanks.
Todd
