Join us for the May Theology at the Bottleworks as we discuss “America's Place in a Changing World Order.” In recent months, many post-World War II American norms for world trade and diplomacy have been replaced with a new "America First" ideology. To what extent do you find the "America First" philosophy effective or appropriate? To what extent does it align with your values? With our country’s values - or does our country have national values? What moral obligations does a country have to its citizens, and/or to the rest of the world? What should America's international relations goals be? How ought America relate to other countries economically and diplomatically? What is and what should be America’s place in the world? Come have a brew, give your view and lend an ear to others’.
