Welcome friends!

We’re an in-person yoga enthusiast (all levels) group, hosting live classes every week at Long Beach CA and Elysian Park, CA.

By joining this group, you'll feel connected to your body, mind, and breath but also develop a sense of community. "Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration."

Yoga Flow & Live Harp Sound Bath

Elysian Park Section 9

Join us for this special event where the wonderful Ashely Meekins will be immersing us in deep relaxation at the end of practice with the meditative sounds of her harp!

The physical practice will be a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, carefully tailored in line with the cycles and rhythms of nature for greater inner alignment and well-being.

Mindfully move under the trees, expand your breath in the fresh air and gain a sense of community with other like-minded people.

ALL levels welcome - yoga is for everyBODY.

What to bring:

- A mask (to be worn on and off your mat, not required during the practice)

- A mat / blanket

- Water

- An open mind and playful attitude

Full Moon Yoga

Elysian Park Section 9

Full moons are a powerful point of release and for coming into a deeper sense of awareness. Join us in holding space for one another as we do just this!

We will begin with meditation and conscious breathing, followed by a physical practice that will honor the quiet yin energy in all of us through slower paced Moon Salutations.

After practice we will come into a healing circle - a space for us to reflect /share /connect /journal. A great way to consciously embrace the full moon energy.

*ALL LEVELS WELCOME - Yoga is for everyBODY. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout so you can tailor to you.

Classes are Donation Based as an exchange of energy.

You can donate via Venmo - @kimyoga , Paypal and Zelle

You can also provide a cash donation on the day.

What to Bring:

- A piece of nature that you'd like to add to the Moon Circle Altar

- Notebook and pen

- A mat

- A mask (to be worn on and off your mat, not required during the practice)

- Water

- Layers to keep you warm during the more restorative/relaxation part of class

- An open mind and playful attitude
