### **Explore yourself and the collective through movement**

This evening invites you into a space of deep listening — to yourself, to others, and to the field we create together.

We’ll explore the meeting point between **Authentic Movement** and **Social Presencing Theater**, two practices that use mindful movement and embodied awareness to make the invisible visible.

Through guided explorations, we’ll sense what wants to move through us — personally and collectively — and allow the body’s wisdom to unfold.

In this session, you’ll:

* Move from your inner impulses in a safe, supportive space
* Experiment with SPT structures to sense group dynamics and emerging patterns
* Witness and be witnessed in a circle, deepening presence and connection

There are no steps or choreography — just curiosity, attention, and willingness to explore what arises.

* Connect with your body and intuition
* Experience collective awareness in a playful, embodied way
* Explore personal growth through movement and presence
