In an era of reshaping international order, we aim to create a space for China–Western consciousness based change-makers and transformers for society to connect, understand and inspire each other, co-creating new possibilities.

Who am I / 我是谁
我，张帆（彩树）， 热衷于用结构化流程与温暖的引导，连接不同背景的人，共同探索和应对全球性挑战，促进深度的理解发生、共创流经我们。
曾主持多场双语线上/线下工作坊，作为团队成员之一，支持 20+ 女性创业者，应用 U 型理论、故事引导等方法促进深度个人成长与交流。
I, Fan Gloria Zhang, am passionate about using structured processes and warm facilitation to connect people from diverse backgrounds, fostering mutual understanding and co-creation to explore and address global challenges.
I have facilitated multiple bilingual online and offline workshops. As one of the team members, I supported over 20 female entrepreneurs, applying Theory U and storytelling methods to promote deep personal growth and meaningful dialogue.

1. Pre-event Connection (15-30min Online Coffee Chat) 活动之前的线上交流
   To know each other better – understanding your work and needs – ensuring this is the right space for you 💖

2. On the Event Day 活动当天

• Open-hearted self-introductions开放真诚的自我介绍
• Small group discussions (2-3 people) for deep listening and experience-sharing on the theme分2-3人小组，就特定主题彼此聆听、经验交流 此次主题：本年度你和你的伙伴克服的、最让你感到成就感的挑战
• Breakout sessions (theme-based discussions or co-creation) based on participants’ needs根据到场伙伴需求，选择分主题讨论或共创
• Harvest collective insights to conclude共同结晶，结束交流
