We facilitate lectures and discussions with a Theosophical flavour. Theosophy (Gr. Theosophia) meaning, Divine Wisdom. This is not worldly wisdom, but the Wisdom of the Gods.
As Plutarch once wrote, "So wisdom is neither gold, nor silver, nor fame, nor wealth, nor health, nor strength, nor beauty. What is it then? It is what can use all these well, and that by means of which each of these things becomes pleasant and esteemed and useful, and without which they are useless; and unprofitable and injurious, and a burden and disgrace to their possessor."
And in the words of Thomas Vaughan, quoted by H. P. B. (Blavatsky), "Α Theosophist is one who gives you a theory of God or the works of God, which has not revelation, but an inspiration of their own for its basis."
