What we’re about
The Pause Room: Seen, Not Saved is a peer-led space for people who are tired of performing, fixing, or pretending they’re fine.
This group is for trauma survivors, people living with depression, those impacted by domestic violence, and anyone feeling lost, disconnected, or unsure of who they are becoming. We gather to pause, reflect, and speak honestly—without judgment, advice-giving, or pressure to heal on a timeline.
This is not therapy or counseling. It’s a reflective space rooted in lived experience, philosophy of mind, and conscious self-inquiry. We focus on presence, witnessing, and self-understanding rather than fixing or saving one another.
At our meetings, we practice grounded conversation, gentle mindfulness, reflective prompts, and shared silence when needed. You are always welcome to speak—or to pass.
This is a space where you are seen, not saved—where nothing is required of you except honesty.
