Every opportunity you encounter.
Every difficult moment you navigate.

And unlike most things we spend our lives acquiring, you cannot buy your personality from a shop.

You build it.
Brick by brick.
Layer by layer.

Through choices, experiences, conversations, mistakes, discomfort, curiosity and reflection.
But when was the last time you actually gave yourself a few hours to understand it?

On Saturday, 26 September, I’m bringing together just five people for the ninth Conversation on Personality.
I’ll be the sixth person at the table.
There is no stage.
No audience.
And I don’t want this to feel like a lecture.

Instead, over coffee and three unhurried hours, we’ll explore personality together through guided conversations, paired exercises, genuine listening, reflection and a Personality Card designed to help you notice something about yourself that you may not have noticed before.

We’ll explore questions around self-awareness, communication, perception, presence, curiosity, growth and the gap between how we intend to show up and how other people actually experience us.
And importantly, I’ll participate too.

Because I don’t want to stand outside the process and tell five people how personality works. I want to sit at the same table, ask questions, listen, share, experiment and learn alongside you.

You don’t need to arrive with answers.
Just curiosity.
