How to attend?

1. Press "Join waitlist" to be on the waitlist of this event
2. You have to be in the "Going" list to be allowed entry

You will be checked-in upon arrival.

Preferred attendance

• Inside the 19 - 40 year old age group
• Have -at least- the basic ability of the language they intend to learn (that is, BOTH English AND Japanese)

What is required?

• A gold coin ($1 or $2) donation will be required from each attendee to participate in the event. (This money will be used for group facilitation costs in order to keep the meetup events running smoothly and future group events)
• Each person will be required to at least order an item

FYI: This is NOT a dating event, we recommend exploring other Meetup groups or apps that cater to that purpose.
This event is as it says; language and culture exchange - it is THE focus of the event. People who are not participating in language and culture exchange will be given a lower priority, and in extreme cases, might get swapped with new members that have not had the privilege of attending the event.

Also, we kindly ask all members to refrain from presenting sales pitches or attempting to establish connections for financial gain within the group. This space is dedicated to networking, cultural exchange, and language sharing, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment for all participants
