A.  Club Objectives

1.  Be informed of the latest advances in project management & leadership.

2.  Share our understanding with the project management community.

3.  Encourage debate around the project management body of knowledge and other leadership topics.

4.  Receive & share practical & contemporary insights in to project management & leadership.


B.  Format

1.  Meeting 1: Book Introduction and a moderated discussion.

Opening remarks will be used to introduce the book. During this webinar, we will provide a high-level overview of the concepts in the book, familiarizing participants with the information.

2.  Meeting 2: Moderated discussion

3.  Meeting 3: Q&A with the author hopefully or a subject matter expert responding to questions submitted through the online book club discussion thread and during the webinar. 


C.  General Information

1.  We expect the author or a subject matter expert to be present in the last meeting after we have gone through the book.

2.  We will aim to read & discuss 4 – 6 books a year.

3.  Meetings will be fortnightly.

4.  Meetings will be around an hour long and will be recorded.

5.  Between meetings, moderated chats will take place and participants will be encouraged to share their thoughts, mind-maps, opinions and experiences on the chat forum and social media.

6.  Three readers attending all the 3 webinars will be eligible for a raffle entry for a free copy of the next book being discussed.
