WELCOME TO THE PRACTICE.
Join us into a transformative session where perpetual movement and taking deep rest are central.
You will learn and experience life-tools through a music-driven self-explorative movement practice in which intensity and softness collide.
It’s an invitation to move and shake things up, release, feel and restore, allowing your whole self to rearrange. It’s a full reset.
The Practice clears the mind, releases stress, cleanses our emotional home, opens the heart, strengthens the body and trains nervous system resilience.

SCIENCE BACKED, HUMAN INSPIRED:
All practice types are based on our biological stress response cycle (fight, flight, freeze) and follow the framework of the stress release cycle (by Dr. Scott Lyons), meaning that both release and restoration will be experienced regardless which class type you choose.

EACH PRACTICE CONTAINS TWO MAIN PHASES:
1- The active movement phase, includes HIIT- and cardio-inspired exercises, hopping and jumping around. We also make use of deep breathing and making sound (only of you want to).
2- The restorative phase, includes yin/restorative yoga and gentle breathing.

OFFERINGS:
The Practice • Restore
> Quickstart with a short yet intensive movement practice followed by an extended restorative phase (respectively 20%/80%).
The Practice • Signature
> A full-body experience into balance. Release tension with an active start the first half of the practice and lean into stillness the second half (respectively 50%/50%).
The Practice • Intensive
> A mindful workout facilitating emotional purification and stress release, to then slip into a short and sweet restorative ending to ceal the practice (respectively 80%/20%).
The Practice • Breath
> Quickstart with a short yet intensive movement practice (1 song), followed by 5 rounds of Wim Hof breathing, and ending with restorative yoga postures.

WHAT WE REALLY PRACTICE:
The Practice at its core is a reflection and an exploration of:
• Our unique relationship to change
• The willingness to commit to ourself even if life doens’t unfold as smoothly as we’d like it to
• The capacity to stay present in the body even when turbulence hits us
• Finding comfort in discomfort
• Feeling free and alive within ourself
• Opening to how things are moment-to-moment
• Recognising our habitual reactions whenever the nervous system gets triggered, and willingly stepping out of them (nervous system resilience)
• Becoming comfortable with vulnerability
• Becoming proficient at life
