    Join us for a unique 3-hour padel x wellness experience designed specifically for beginners who want to build confidence, learn proper technique, and meet other players in a supportive environment.

    Whether you’ve just discovered padel or you’ve played a handful of times and want things to “click,” this session gives you everything you need to start the year feeling strong, connected, and inspired.

    # What To Expect

    ### Mobility & Warm-Up (30 minutes)

    We start with accessible mobility, movement prep and hand–eye coordination to help you feel comfortable on court.
    No intensity, no pressure, just a gentle start to get your body moving well.

    ### Padel Coaching + Match Play (90 minutes)

    Led by Jason Poole, one of the most experienced coaches at The Padel Club Cheltenham.
    Across the session, you’ll learn beginner foundations such as:
    • Grip & basic technique
    • Footwork & movement patterns
    • Using the glass with confidence
    • Shot selection
    • Simple court positioning
    • How to stay relaxed during rallies
    • How to work as a pair
    You’ll rotate through coached drills and fun, low-pressure match play with others at your level.
    Everything is designed to help you progress quickly and enjoy the process.

    ### Recovery & Breathwork (30 minutes)

    After playing, we move into a restorative block designed to support your body and nervous system:
    • Guided stretching
    • Breathwork
    • Recovery techniques
    • Down-regulation so you leave calm, grounded and refreshed
    Perfect if you’ve had a busy week or want to reduce niggles as you start playing more.

    ### Smoothies, Snacks & Social (30 minutes)

    A relaxed finish to the session where everyone can chat, meet new people and enjoy:
    • Fresh smoothies
    • Healthy snacks
    • Repowr electrolytes for hydration
    • Space to ask questions, talk padel or simply unwind

    This is where the community side of Prime x Padel really shines.

    # Who This Event Is For

    This edition is perfect for you if:
    • You’ve played a few times and want to build confidence
    • You’d like to learn proper movement & technique early on
    • You want to play more regularly but don’t know where to start
    • You enjoy connecting with people in a relaxed, friendly environment
    • You like the idea of moving, learning and unwinding - all in one session

    Just bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and a willingness to learn and have fun.
    (If you don’t have a racket, you can hire one at the club.)
