Prime X Sauna: Run Club (Cheltenham)

Join us for a relaxed, small-group session combining movement, recovery and connection.

We’ll start with a 5K social run (easy pace, all levels welcome - no one left behind), before returning to Take Wellness Community Sauna to enjoy a 60-minute sauna and cold plunge.

This is a great way to unwind at the end of the week, meet like-minded people, and experience the benefits of contrast therapy in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
