"I am a Sr. Director of Product at ADP (http://www.adp.com), a company that is typically known for processing a majority of “payrolls” in the USA. In my role, however, I am part of a Big Data Ventures team who are focused on using our unique data assets (i.e. weekly income movement, demographic trends in the workforce, job taxonomy evolution, etc.) to solve business problems for Consulting Firms, Real Estate Companies, Banking, FinTech, and even Satellite Navigation companies. Some of the areas I’d love to get feedback from the Product Group membership on are: how to effectively use Data Science team resources and tools, deciding on where to focus our Sales/Product delivery efforts, and how to better act and be treated as a Startup in a large 70 year old corporate environment."
