Topic of the Night: Failure.

Failure can come in lots of different forms as a product person - we can plan for failure as run A/B tests, and it can be celebrated as a function of learning. We can also have sofware bugs and process problems sneak up on us and detail our roadmaps completely. Sooner or later, both these are failures likely to happen to all of us. So, tonight we'll discuss how we approach failure, how it should be treated throughout an organisation, and how we can plan to fail better.
