Product Hackers is a community and industry led initiative whereby product management & technology leaders will talk all things, well...product & tech!
We are excited to host the 9th edition of our series covering: "Building Towards a Sustainable Future".
Join 3 highly experienced sustainability-tech leaders based here in Australia as they talk of topics surrounding using technology for the greater good - to build towards a better tomorrow.
Product Hackers will be held at Hydro Tasmania - 530 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000 and the space is on the 8th floor. Elevators will be open till 6.30pm!

Olympia Yarger | Founder & CEO of Goterra
Olympia Yarger is the founder of Goterra, where she leads the vision of redefining waste management with biotechnology and eco-friendly infrastructure design. Olympia is passionate about building products that allow businesses to meet a growing consumer demand for sustainable service provision and agile infrastructure capability.
Goterra was founded to solve a protein shortage problem and has since become a cutting edge infrastructure technology company, leading the industry in creating waste management ecosystems, using insects. Olympia's talk will be focused on "The hard part about hardware"
Luc van Duinen | Product Manager VPPs Hydro Tasmania
As a mechanical engineer specialised in sustainable energy technologies, Luc has product managed several Virtual Power Plant (VPP) products ranging from a residential to a C&I focus. Luc has lead the end-to-end development of one of the first European VPPs to successfully provide ancillary services in 2016, and really enjoys developing innovative and disruptive new business models around VPPs. Luc's talk will be centred around “Virtual Power Plants – product managing the future of the electricity grid”
