No experience? No problem.
This class is made for first-timers and beginners.You’ll learn how to stand, punch, and kick with good form.
We focus on basic movements, step by step.The trainer will move with you and guide everything clearly.
You don’t need to be fit or strong to start.Come join a small group in a relaxed, friendly space.
Let’s sweat, learn, and have fun together.◇ Class Flow
Stretch:
Light stretching focused on shoulders, hips, hamstrings, and ankles.
Prepares the body for kicking and helps prevent injuries.Warm-Up:
Shadow kickboxing to check form, balance, and rhythm.
Basic punches and kicks like jab, cross, front kick, and roundhouse.Mitt & Bag Work:
One-on-one pad work with the trainer.
Practice punch-kick combinations step by step.
Then train solo on the heavy bag to build power and flow.Partner Drills:
Light partner work using simple movement drills.
Focus on timing, distance, and reacting to kicks and punches.
No hard contact.Cooldown:
Slow stretching and breathing to finish the session.
