    🧭 Why This Class?
    You don’t need to be flexible.
    You don’t need to be strong.
    You just need to show up.

    This class is for anyone curious about kickboxing — even if you’ve never thrown a punch or kick in your life.

    We focus on real technique, but with a chill vibe.
    You’ll learn how to stand, how to punch, how to kick — all at your own pace.
    It’s a safe space to move your body, break a sweat, and have fun.

    🥋 Class Flow

    • Stretch & Warm-Up

    Light mobility work to prep your hips, shoulders, and legs.

    • Shadow Kickboxing

    Learn basic combos and movement through guided shadow drills.

    • Pad & Bag work

    Practice combos on the mitts and heavy bag — feel the impact.

    • Partner Drills

    Controlled partner work (no hard contact) to build distance, rhythm, and reaction.

    • Cool Down

    Gentle stretches and breathing to finish strong.

    Real combos, real movement, real energy —
    with space to go at your own pace.

    You’ll hit pads, learn rhythm, move with control,
    and yes, even try light sparring in a safe, relaxed setting.

    This is your first step into boxing — without the pressure.
    All levels welcome, especially first-timers.

    Light warm-up for shoulders, hips, and core.

    • Warm-Up

    Shadowboxing + basic punches (jab, one-two).

    • Mitt & Bag Work

    One-on-one mitts with trainer + heavy bag practice.

    • Partner Drills & Light Sparring

    Work in pairs to explore distance, rhythm, and timing.
    Includes light, controlled sparring — safe, respectful, and optional.
    A way to feel real movement without pressure or contact-heavy intensity.

    • Cooldown

    Easy stretch and deep breathing to wind down.
