What we’re about
Welcome to Therapeutic Fabric Flower-Making, a creative space for women seeking calm, connection, and personal renewal.
Our group offers live Zoom workshops inspired by occupational therapy, where you’ll learn how to create beautiful fabric flowers while gently supporting your mental and emotional well-being. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to try something soothing and new.
Together, we craft with intention, share quietly, and hold space for healing through art. If you’ve felt anxious, overwhelmed, or simply want a peaceful moment for yourself, this is your space.
Join us and create more than flowers, create moments of peace, one petal at a time =}
