Janessa is a Yoga Instructor from Malaysia with over 9 years of practice & training with the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance. She completed her CPD in Yoga Therapy for PTSD & C-PTSD with The Minded Institute. With a background in health psychology, she integrates principles of behaviour change into her classes to promote inclusivity & sustainability. Ultimately, she aspires to create a supportive space where everyone can thrive.
