Join me for a gentle Sunday afternoon walk around Capitol Lake, nothing long, nothing strenuous. Just a 1–1.5-mile stroll, coffee in hand, and some relaxed conversation with other therapists who want to move a little and connect a little.

We’ll meet outside The Spar Café at 3:00 PM, grab drinks if you’d like, and walk the flat, easy section of the trail together.
This is a short, simple walk and perfect for anyone wanting connection without a big time commitment.
