A Guided Perspective Experience for Women
There are moments in life when we feel clear about who we want to be.
We make a decision.
Set an intention.
Declare a new chapter.
And then life happens.
A difficult conversation.
A stressful season.
An old wound.
A familiar trigger.
Before we know it, we're reacting instead of responding.
The Grounded Self is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and explore what it means to return to yourself when life challenges how you want to show up.
Together we'll explore:
• What grounding really is
• The difference between what happened and the story we tell about what happened
• How old patterns quietly take the wheel
• The Practice of Returning
This is not about being calm all the time.
It's about learning to recognize when you've drifted and consciously returning yourself to the present moment.

How do I return to myself when life challenges how I want to show up?
To support meaningful conversation and connection, participation is intentionally limited to 5 women.
