Our next book in The Reading Room is The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer. In this book, Singer invites us to explore our relationship with that inner voice, our thoughts and emotions, and the experiences we continue to carry. Through this exploration, he asks us to consider what it might mean to let go and experience life with greater openness and freedom.

Across our time together, we’ll explore questions such as:

• How does our inner dialogue shape the way we experience ourselves and our lives?
• What are we holding on to, and how does it influence our responses?
• What might letting go look like in everyday life?

The Reading Room is a space to pause, reflect, and bring what we’re reading into conversation with our own experiences. Come share what resonates, what challenges you, and what you’re beginning to notice. You don’t need to have answers to join the conversation.
