Recovery Circle is a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental support group for individuals navigating addiction, substance use, or recovery-related challenges. The group is designed for people who want structured guidance alongside peer support, in a calm and respectful space where every story is heard.
The group is professionally facilitated and focuses on understanding patterns behind substance use, building practical coping skills, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
What We Focus On
• Understanding triggers, cravings, and relapse patterns
• Behavioural strategies for everyday coping
• Emotional regulation and stress management
• Exploring identity, values, and purpose in recovery (logotherapy-informed)
• Building healthier routines and support systems
How Sessions Work
• Weekly online sessions (60–90 minutes)
• Small group size to ensure safety and participation
• Guided discussions, skill-based exercises, and reflection
• Optional take-home practices between sessions

• This is a support and skill-building group, not a crisis, detox, or emergency service
• Participants should be medically stable and not attend sessions under the influence
• Confidentiality and mutual respect are essential group values
