✅When the event reaches full capacity, a waiting list will be available for players to add their names. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, the first person on the waiting list will be automatically added to the event.
✅Please cancel from the waiting list at least 24 hours before the event if you have other plans.
⛔ Late Cancellation Penalty ⛔
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. If you find a replacement, no penalty will be applied. However, if you do not find a replacement, you will incur a 50% fee for the session, which increases to 100% for a second late cancellation. You must also inform the organizers of your replacement.
