✅Payment is required at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before the session. Bookings without payment will be removed from the list.

✅When the event reaches full capacity, a waiting list will be available for players to add their names. If a spot becomes available due to a cancellation, the first person on the waiting list will be automatically added to the event.
✅Please cancel from the waiting list at least 24 hours before the event if you have other plans.
‼️Late Cancellation Penalty ‼️
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, it is your responsibility to find a replacement from the waiting list. If you find a replacement, no penalty will be applied. However, if you do not find a replacement, you will incur a 50% fee for the session, which increases to 100% for a second late cancellation. You must also inform the organizers of your replacement.

If you do not attend and do not cancel, the full fee will be charged.
