Come join us for a sacred, plant medicine experience just outside of lovely Lakefield. Your retreat will include energy healing, yoga, sound therapy and, so much more to guide you through the ceremonial aspect. It will be a truly magical weekend.

Arrival between 9:00-11:00am

1:30 pm Intention Setting Ceremony:
Forest Mandala Creation and Breathwork

4:00pm Free Time until Cacao Ceremony
6:00pm Cacao Ceremony and Spirit Cards

DAY TWO
9:00am Light Buffet Breakfast
12:00pm Yin Yoga and Sound
1:30pm Catered, Plant-Based Lunch

2:30pm Integration and Intention Solidifying:
Journalling and Mandala Mindfulness

3:30pm Free Time until Ceremony
6:30pm Medicine Ceremony Featuring Sound Healing with The Wild Thing
