Hi all,

Book of the Month
The Dispossessed by Ursula K. LeGuin (1974)

We've been talking about this one for a while, glad to see it won this month's poll! "The Dispossessed" is a sci fi novel with incredible heart. Winner of the Nebula, Hugo, Locust, and National Book Award in 1975, "The Dispossessed" is a classic piece of literature that is considered by many to be a bookcase essential. Wired magazine called it "one of sci fi's smartest books" last year and I agree. You can find the interesting article on the novel here:

We will jump back to a contemporary novel next month and then follow up with a Philip K. Dick novel in July.

A reminder that you do not have to read the book to join us for Book Club. Come on through and join the conversation on Zoom, we're happy to have you!
