On Thursday October 9th, we’re back at Stuart Cinema! The Brooklyn SciFi Film Festival is screening six dystopian, indie SciFi short films from around the world, followed by a musical performance and 3D visual projections from Maxx Klaxon. It's an interactive scifi experience not to be missed!

The Brooklyn SciFi Film Festival is an annual celebration of independent science fiction filmmaking. The festival has highlighted hundreds of bold voices in the genre, and we're back for our sixth annual program, showcasing more than 180 films from around the world. BSFFF will run October 6–11, 2025, streaming online and at in-person events all week across Brooklyn. Our events culminate at our awards night at the Alamo Drafthouse in Downtown Brooklyn.
