We have a very special guest hiker leader for this urban hike. Meet Gabriel - a young autistic man who has an affinity for directions. Gabriel did a great job helping his dad navigate throughout Iceland, and as a knack for remembering street signs. This is no small feat if you have ever seen Icelandic road names. They are long and make no sense!
This is a 12km urban hike that is challenging. Starting just past Wilcot Parking lot 2, we will be passing through Sunnyside Park and Edwards Gardens.
Don't forget to bring a lunch, lots of water and ensure arms and legs are covered as there are still plenty of ticks out there!
