Hilton Falls Conservation is a hidden gem you don't want to miss.
The trail experience here is spectacular, with most people giving this loop a solid five-stars. There is lots of variety in the environment, and you will pass through forests, streams, peaceful nooks, meadows, wetlands, over ridges, and some muddy sections. After passing the initial part of the hike that follows flat trails, you will also take a thinner Bruce Side Trail which is a more similar experience to hiking in the Bruce Peninsula. Then you will come along to the Falls, and you can travel down by the pond. Then, you will take another side trail through some swampy terrain. Though folks recommend hiking in summer, winter is an exceptional experience since you get to see the frozen falls via snowshoes.
